Below is the summary for the July 2020 Executive Meeting. A summary of pertinent information will be shared after every meeting, so that our members can be aware of what is taking place.
- A survey will be sent to riders, stable owners and coaches in Trinidad and Tobago. The aim of the survey is to get a feel of how the TTEA can improve its interactions with these groups and revisit what we can do to support them. The survey will be open for two weeks and the results should be available by August. The survey results will drive the TTEA’s focus for the rest of 2020 and 2021.
- The TTEA will look into a free accounting app to assist the treasurer.

- The TTEA recognizes the need for more PR. The new PR team will greatly increase efforts to get news out to the general public through social media and print.
- Riding for the Differently Abled will have its own TTEA appointed delegate.
- The TTEA will be looking at greatly increasing and improving its fundraising efforts. If you would like to assist with fundraising or giving ideas please contact Inga Fletcher or tteasecretarygeneral@gmail.com.
- Members of the Executive will attend a free Sport Administration course sponsored and held by the Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee.
